Responsibilities
• Operate heavy equipment for various construction projects
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Report equipment issues and hazards immediately
• Assist with general labor duties as needed
• Complete daily job reports and follow all safety protocols
• Work at residential and commercial job sites
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience
• Valid driver’s license (Class A or 1, with air brake [Z] endorsement is a bonus)
• Trade certification (an asset)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently or as part of a team
