Administrative Assistant - AP Clerk

Trimount Construction Group is your go to construction company in Sault Ste. Marie. 

We service residential, commercial and municipal markets with paving, concrete placement, sewer lines and waterline installation.

The Administrative Assistants role is to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

​

Job Summary

  • Provide support to our managers and employees.

  • Assist in daily office needs.

  • Manage company’s general administrative activities.

​

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration; Experience with Accounts Payable an asset. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

  • Experience using various accounting software.  Experience with SAGE Construction is an asset.

  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service evidenced by well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful and positive working relationships. 

  • Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Benefits and pension provided after a probationary period.

​

Full-time, 35-hour week
